Origin story
We built CHEQFIT after seeing the same problem on both sides of the fitness industry.

We visited 47 gyms in 3 cities before building CHEQFIT — not as customers, but as researchers with clipboards and bad experiences.

What we found was consistent: misleading photographs, hidden joining fees, 12-month contracts with no exit, and trainers who disappeared after week one.

But gym owners were struggling too: no reliable software, no way to generate qualified leads, no operations support, and no community of peers.

CHEQFIT started in a Delhi apartment in early 2024 with a simple belief: if gyms are better supported, members get better experiences.
