We spent the early part of 2026 visiting gyms across Delhi NCR — not as customers, but as researchers with clipboards and bad experiences. What we found was consistent: misleading photographs, hidden joining fees, long contracts with no exit, and trainers who disappeared after week one.
But we also found something else: gym owners who were struggling just as much. No reliable software. No way to generate qualified leads. No operations support. No community of peers to learn from. The same fitness industry that was failing members was also failing the people running gyms.
The research ran through January 2026, and Cheqfit Private Limited was formally established in June 2026 with a simple belief: if gyms are better supported, members get better experiences. So we're building both sides — a discovery platform for members and a complete growth ecosystem for gym owners.
