You agree not to misuse CHEQFIT, submit false information, interfere with platform security, harass partners or members, scrape data, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
By completing a purchase, you authorize CHEQFIT and our payment partners to charge your provided payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes. Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless clearly stated otherwise.
CHEQFIT is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for fitness training advice, medical recommendations, or health outcomes. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before starting any fitness program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHEQFIT, its founders, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect losses, injuries, partner service issues, or outcomes resulting from use of gym facilities or trainer services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India unless applicable law requires otherwise.
