Common offerings include cold plunge pools, infrared saunas, compression therapy devices, and sometimes guided breathwork or meditation spaces — combining several evidence-supported (to varying degrees) recovery modalities in one accessible location.
As covered in the wellness and recovery category, most of these modalities offer modest, real benefits — worth considering based on genuine interest, budget, and whether foundational recovery factors (sleep, nutrition, stress management) are already reasonably well addressed.
